CMLocal Date/Time Group - Reset all phones (over 5,000); Time now displaying
correctly across network. This is a temporary fix until Cisco comes out

first install the <BR>explicit DST CCM patch and see what
happens. The FN says that the patch<BR>must be uninstalled when
