As far as a doc for how to setup agent accounts.. there is a little bit in the administration guide on setting up agents but nothing on how to set them up in callmanager that I have seen. It probably varies depending on what version of IPCC you are running.

At least then they could setup the user account on the callmanager side.
<br><br>As far as changing agent attributes (assuming skill levels?), I dont know of any way out of box other than from the appadmin page, which doesnt sound like what you want. <br><br>I bet there is a way to do by writing your program to interface with IPCC and callmanager, but thats way over my head.
