Hi,<br><br>I got a customer with a DID range of say, 4200 - 4699, from the Telco. Now the customer wants all unassigned numbers to be routed to reception but these unassigned numbers are random and not continuous. Is there and easier way of doing this apart from going over the Route Plan Report, getting all unassigned numbers, and creating Device Profiles for them and forwarding them to reception????
