CM Training Material?

A long time ago I came across a diagram that showed how things
like
CSS and partitions related within CM. I have been unable to find
it
again and need to as I need to train someone on CM basics. Need
them
to understand the big picture, but mainly they will focus on
phone
setups and stuff.

Anyone know of any good free/legal reference
material to download?
Needs to be more highlevel overview if you will and
not detailed. I
will handle the details for the things I want them to
work on.
_______________________________________________
cisco-voip
