I am curious to know what technologies others are excited
about or
looking forward to in the future. Particularly as they relate to VoIP
and Video and more specifically as they relate to Cisco as we are a
pure Cisco shop.

If there is something that you know is coming that your really excited
about from either a technological perspective or something that will
help your business in some way and you can't wait to implement it I
would be very curious to hear about it and why you feel the way you
do.

I will start with one of the things I find fascinating. The idea of
extending ones office extension to a mobile phone. I believe this
already exists but its pretty new and still has its issues. I know
Cisco was working with Blackberry for instance on what I assume to be
a SIP based application for the blackberry that works with
CallManager. It does excite me to think about the day when you have
one device that truly works for both your office phone and mobile.
