Hi, i have just bought a new ccm 5.0(4). <br>

I have received the hardware 7825i2-K9.<br>

 I have completed the installation and when the system was ready i had

to deal with the licenses!!!<br>

I had a Cisco User Entitlement USOL-SE-K9 and LIC-CM-DL-100.<br>

Each of these 2 packets had a PAK (The same as the serial number

outside of the box)<br>

I went to the page cisco says: <font color="#3333ff"><a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.cisco.com/go/license">www.cisco.com/go/license</a></font>

since i am CCO user and i entered the PAK that i had:<br>

<font color="#ff0000">NOTHING HAPPENED. THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT IT.</font><br>

I emailed to licensing@cisco. com and  i am waiting for a response.<br>

<br>

Will this happen every time i buy a new license for a new customer?<br>

Has anyone manage to do this from the first time?<br>

Why the format of the PAK that the paper that CISCO send me, does not

match with the format cisco propose in the site?<br>

Why does cisco invented all this licensing system if it is not working

and especially with the 5.x versions that license is so important?<br>
