<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>I think in the event that the publisher is not down you will be able to made changes to the database through any CCM GUI on any server in the cluster. what you say is correct when the Publisher server is down in this case you really cannot made any cahnges to the configuration. correct me guys if I am wrong.</FONT></DIV>
