<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>This happened to me a few times. The only way I found to do this is to pickup the phone and dial 1000. That will turn off the light and 1001 will trun it back on. The solution I found is to have the user clear the mail box and then pickup the phone and dial 1000. then leave the user a message and them have them listen to it and delete it. That usually fix it. I have not found an explanation as to why this happens yet. However, this is how when it happens I fix it. </FONT></DIV></DIV>
