i use ccm 4.1.3 in LAN. But also i made an aggrement with an isp so that i will use their backbone for international calls.

CCM is behind a FW.

what should i do on FW and CCM for route my international calls to the isp

1.....do i have to use static nat for ccm or if i use PAT will it be enough. They asked me whether with an ID or with an IP would i send my CCM calls.

2.... isp says they will use h323. So i will add isp 's gateway as h323 gateway and which ports should i open from firewall.

thanks every1
