<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>you need to do nothing if the Provider is sending only the 4 digit number 1212 but if the provider is sending the whole number 5551212 you have to strip the 555 from the number in order to route to the phone... you can do that using translation pattern. but most commonly the provider will send u the 4 digits only, they do this here in Egypt I dont know what about yours.</FONT></DIV>

(let's say 555-1212 and 555-1313)<BR><BR>1212 is the main line for this building, so we are not getting Caller ID.<BR>What's the easier solution?
