check how (number of digits / format) the caller ID is actually sent to the Provider (e.g. debug isdn q931)<br>Depending
on the Provider and the Services you have on your PSTN Trunk the
Provider will overwrite your caller ID if it is not recognized (
e.g. is not out of the DID Range you have on the Trunk). Usually the
Provider overwrites the unknown caller ID with the main number of the

however we only send caller ID of our main number. I have tried adding an
external phone number mask to the line and setting the Use External Phone Number
mask on the route pattern, but I still only get the main number displayed.
Can anyone advise how I can get this working.</font></p>
