<DIV><FONT size=2>We're looking at providing service to some outlying areas and
our option is an analog phone -or- an ethernet extender. The cost of the few
extenders we would have to purchase would likely outweigh the cost of the one
vg224 we would have to buy, so cost at this point is not an issue - especially
because of the extra service, i.e. data. These users would have had to use
dialup over the analog line for their data. yuck.</FONT></DIV>
