You will need session border controller / IPIPGW. Sort of like a 'proxy' for voice to your ISP. Your ISP talks with a public IP on the IPIPGW and that terminates the ISP leg and originates a new leg on the inside of your network.

<p>How the ip phones will send up packets to the softswitch of isp</p>
<p>Also which ports for ip phones and CCM do i have to open from firewall</p>
