employee leaves the organization click the "Remove from device" button for that
person's extension. This doesn't actually delete the DN, it just removes
it from the physical phone. Modify the DN settings to forward to the
customer service queue. When ready to remove this forwarding, delete the DN

to a new employee or they feel that it isn’t needed any more. I think it
is until it reassigned because if it isn’t, it will just be forgotten. Are
additional CM licenses required for this since I have to have a profile for each
number to forward? Is there a better way to do what they
