If a cust has a call center, we are keeping them on CCM 4.1... we don't trust 4.5 (and we have a lot of customers who are HA, so they can't)... <br><br>CCM5.1 is pretty cool actually... haven't had any problems reported from custs... which is kinda strange, I was expecting more whining from these people...
