upgrade to Win2k3 is a re-image of the box. Once the OS is installed and
SR applied you install BARS then run the CUCM installer. The dialogs will
prompt for a backup file and restore the data as part of the

upgraded a lab CCM 4.2 to 4.3 and it worked as advertised. The
process reminded me a little bit of the CCM 3.2 to 3.3 upgrade since the OS
has to be re-imaged and data (BARS backup) imported during the install.
What I like most about it is that it's the perfect opportunity to produce a
clean OS, cruft-free.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
