What application are you using?<br><br>If you can resolve the by downgrading the phone firmware then clearly there is some incompatibility between the newer cisco phone firmware and your paging app.<br><br>Does your paging vendor give any specifics such as bug ID in the newer phone fw or just the cause of the issue in general?

to send an audio message to PCs some 10 miles away from our core. The fix
was to put a server at that city. Now we activate the server in one city
(core), which in turn calls the other server in the other city to send out the
message. It works like a champ.</span></font></p>
