<div>I suggest you open a TAC Case for this, we`ve had the same problem, looks like there is an issue with CTI Manager and DCD.</div>
<div>We have the same problem where the CTI manager suddenly dissacociates a user from a device, but when you look in the admin pages, it is still associated, so a re-associate will solve the issue.</div>
<div>We upgraded to 4.2 to solve the issue, and it looks like we don`t have it anymore.</div>
