<p class=MsoNormal>We are using CCM 4.1 (3). The computer we use for the
attendant console is Windows Xp. If the operator happens to have the console
minimized and is on the internet or email when a call comes in the console automatically
comes back up. This just started happening and no one claims to have done
anything different. It is not a bad thing but it doesn’t happen all the
time. Does anyone have any idea how this happens? Thanks<o:p></o:p></p>
