<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>If the OK is right after IDS WILL START I have seen the same thing on a clean upgrade from a fresh 5.04 install.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>It sits and sits and sits for a few hours and then finishes up as failed. Since this was my first time installing on VMware I ended up just restarting with 5.1 media and that worked fine.</FONT></DIV>
