We've never had a problem with backing up, but frankly we've also never tested a restore. We also set up nightly BARS backups for CCM to one of our regular file servers as an additional layer of protection. This is for CCM 4.2 and Unity 4.2. If you are on CCM5 you're only option, AFAIK, is BARS backups as there is no way to install a Veritas, Tivoli or any other type of agent.</FONT></DIV>
