"convLongestWaitDuration". I believe the one you're looking for is
"convOldestContact" which is the length of time the oldest contact has been
waiting in a given CSQ. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV></DIV>Hello all,<BR><BR>We are using a Wallboard with UCCX 4.5, we are
trying to figure out <BR>how to show the how long calls have been waiting in a
specific Q. <BR>Right now it seems to show a statistic of the "over all" average
wait <BR>time in a CSQ for a "the day" so for example if the first call that
<BR>came in waited 2 min's that stat would show 2 min's all day even if
<BR>calls are being answered without waiting in Queue for the rest of the
<BR>day. I guess what we are looking for a is a field that show real time
<BR>wait time for individual CSQ's. <BR><BR>Ryan
