<div>We recently run into a problem regarding an unassigned DN that seems to be forwarded on a voice mail even when that particular DN was deleted on the CCM 5.</div>

<div>After very long troubleshooting, it turned out that the previous phone with the assigned DN was configured to "call forward all" calls to another number and the phone was unplugged(powered off).</div>

<div>Reassigning the DN to a new phone was not possible due to this. </div>
<div>CallForward all is still active even when the phone is deleted on the callmanager. DN was also deleted.</div>

<div>Just wondering if this is the normal behavior of the CCM where it allows "callforwardall" to be active even when the phone is unregistered or DN is deleted.</div>

<div>Any thoughts? </div>
