<div>we have the following configuration, <br>CCM 4.1(3) tie to IPC with T1 PRI qsig.<br>CCM create RP (eg 1111) and route to IPC.<br>CCM create Hunt Pilot (eg 3333) and route to Unity for access, 222XXXX is filled in Calling Party Transform Mask filed.
<br>Unity create mailbox for RP1111, but malbox number is set to 2221111, where 222 is the site code because Unity is for centralization purpose.<br>IPC create qsig extn 1111 and busy/no answer forward to 3333.<br>we find the following,
<br>IP phone extn call to 1111 and let it no answer to 3333.<br>but only listen welcome greeting, and can't leave msg directly.<br>if IPC call 3333 use qsig extn 1111, it can go to login greeting.<br><br>is it IPC issue that they can't deliver 2221111 to Unity when call to 3333?
