IP was not set up to route correctly between my Unity server and the remote
3825.&nbsp; (The WAN, and port side IP&#8217;s worked, but apparently the voice pieces
needs the loopback address on the 3825 to route.&nbsp; </span></font></p>

sit behind an existing Avaya pbx.&nbsp; Calls are placed / received between the
pbx and a Cisco 3825 via T1 cross over cable.&nbsp; This works fine.&nbsp;
However, whenever a call placed from the pbx to an IP phone covers to unity
voice mail, Unity can not be heard although it appears to answer. (the call
connects).&nbsp; Unity is located remotely, however IP to IP calls work fine
when covering to VM for the same phone.&nbsp; Anyone have any ideas?&nbsp;
