OK,<br><br>I opened a TAC case and found out why it was hosed...<br><br>Apparently with CCM5.1, the ATA 186 resets constantly (very quickly) when the second port is not disabled (if there is nothing plugged into it)...<br>

<br><br><br><br><br>We just dropped an IPT solution into a customer, everything is working fine...<br><br> However, the ATA-186s are dropping calls after 20 minutes (we had one call last 30 minutes, but that was the flyer).
<br><br> CallManager is running 5.1.1b, ATA is SCCP running S/W Version3.02.03(051201A)<br><br> This is a deal-breaker for the customer, the ATAs all have conference phones plugged into them.<br><br><br><br> Jonathan<br><br>
