Yeah, we noticed a similar problem with the 5.1.1b file... it wasn't signed, which makes sense for a 5.0 upgrade to 5.1.1b, but if you were like some of us, who had 5.1.1a (and wanted your QOS to work), you couldn't upgrade because it wasn't signed...
