After rebooting again all services are started except the Call Mgr Service
which is in a "starting" state. This was what it looked
like this morning when I came in but after a few minutes the Call Mgr service
status showed started. I rebooted to see if it does the same thing
again, but at this point it's in a "starting" state.</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">

I just did a BARS 4.10 restore of CCM 4.1.3. The only errors in
the log are because the 2 subscribers could not be connected to which I
expected. Everything else shows completed successfully. When
I reboot the server the following services are in a hung "Starting"
