through the autorun guided setup screen that you are using, though my
issues are somewhat different. You might want to try
shortcutting directly into Exchange setup by running it
from \SETUP\I386. If this works, take care to select options to
only install management tools and not a full version of

can’t get it to run on the Unity box, I run the setup for Exchange then click on
the Exchange Deployment Tools and I get a blank screen. However If I run this
from the same location on a Windows XP workstation it works fine. Any idea why
Windows 2003 server may be blocking it.</SPAN></FONT></P>

definitely necessary to install Exchange System Manager on the Unity server
prior to installing the Unity application. ESM provides the necessary MAPI
libraries that Unity will leverage to communicate with Exchange
