<P>for international calls i routed the calls to ISP voip backbone but the quality is not good</P>
<P>they asked me to give them ccm logs for these calls.</P>
<P>what kind of logs can i support and also how??</P>

<P>also i asked them QOS config on the routerA which is beetween our network and this isp.</P>
<P>But they told me that they made 512 rate limit in their routerB and there was no need to any qos config in the routerA in my side</P>
