I'm looking to configure MLPP for 911 calls on our network.
I've read through the documentation, but am a little confused as to when
indication/preemption need to be enabled. I'm pretty sure that I don't need
preemption enabled since I won't be preempting calls to IP phones, but not sure
if I need indication enabled if I am going to be placing calls that will be
preempted on a gateway.
