<div>We had a remote location connecting via vpn. Installation went through unlike on the link. Call also goes through with a ring however no audio is heard. Using ip communicator, it works fine without any problems.</div>

<div>Is the port being used by the cisco agent desktop same as the ip communicator? Or is it not a supported scenario?</div>
