I've got a newbie question on using CAR on CCM 4.1(3). We'd like to be able to create a report to find out how many calls come into our main number. We'd also like to know how many of these calls are transferred and where these calls are transferred to.
<br><br>Does CAR support this kind of reporting? Or do I need some third party package to be able to parse CDR's? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Brian<br>
