I don't think CAR can give you want you are looking for, it seems to be primarily setup for outbound call billing. You could do a SQL query on your database to get a number of inbound calls. I'm not sure how you would find which calls were transfered though from CDR info, would be interesting to see how if it's possible.

I've got a newbie question on using CAR on CCM 4.1(3). We'd like to be able to create a report to find out how many calls come into our main number. We'd also like to know how many of these calls are transferred and where these calls are transferred to.
