create a new user and assign that user to ICD with the extension that was used
by the old user. You can't rename a user so it will have to be a delete and
create procedure.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>You should also assign the user too the
correct skill or resource group in the IPCC end.</FONT></DIV>
