<p class="MsoNormal">Has a customer who couldnąt stop CSA via the GUI in
services.msc in 2003 Server (UCCE ICM/PG/AQ)it just showed stopping but would
never stop. Instead we found net stop csa from dos command line worked.
Anyone seen this before? Known bug? -jason</p>
