I had a case -- not exactly attendant console but with the IPCC sup and agents where the sup could not see the agents state or sometimes sees it and then it dissappears -- the problem in the end was the av software. Discovered it by making my own laptop over which I have control the sup desktop and immediatly it worked - then I know the problem was PC related.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>The only problem I ever had with the attendant console is currently with version 4-2 some versions -- calls get stuck in the Q sometimes and not presented to attendants till one resets the TCD service -- cisco is working on an engineering release because it is linked to a bug. (only when q-ing ticked when configuring attendant pilpt points via the accconfig.bat utility in dos.</FONT></DIV>
