setup your mailboxes with their new 5-digit extensions and then enter their
4-digit counterparts in the “Alternate Extensions” section of Unity. This will
let them log in whether they present a 4 or 5 digit extension, as well as identify

PBX. Unity will be PIMG integrated to the Avaya and some users will keep

extension in Unity while letting them keep using the 4-digit DN until migrated
