<DIV><FONT size=2>these 7 digit numbers are still dialable in mandatory 10 digit
dialling areas.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>are they magically routed to the appropriate area based on
area code?</FONT></DIV>

WAN, and it complicates things such that I have to now add the area code for
