after the CCM upgrades and the OS upgrades I did recently. Synching the
jtapi update versions seems to have solved most of the problems. My
agents that had changes made to them after the upgrade lost all of their
assigned skills and the ones that were done before were messed up.
Everything was working fine before the upgrades, too.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
