<P>Hi </P>
<P>i got ccm 4.1.3 and have gateway with vic2-4fxo card for FCT conections (for gsm cals)</P>
<P>it often gives busy signal when i try to call outside. I make 10 calls and 7 of them gives busy signal. i try again and then i can call. <STRONG>What can be the reason of fxo ports connected fct mostly give me busy signals</STRONG>.</P>

<P>no battery-reversal<BR>timing hookflash-out 500</P>

<P>Note : i used <EM><U>no battery reversal</U></EM> to call the fct numbers from pstn.</P>
<P>when i call from pstn,call comes to fxo port and then it redirected to number which is specified on the callmanger config <EM><U>Attendant DN, </U></EM></P>
<P>but when i enable <EM><U>batterey reversal</U></EM> then the calls from pstn to fct can not be redirected to <STRONG><U>Attendant DN</U></STRONG></P>
