user whom I cannot get the MWI light to fire when they have new messages in
thier inbox. Looking through unity web interface, I see under subscriber
-> messages an MWI extensions portion where X is in the extension box and the
MWI request is pending. It will be that way until the message is read from
their outlook client.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
