For us, in MOC if you choose to call someone that has a “+” in the number, it
only achieves taking the phone off the hook and giving dial tone. It does not actually
dial the number. If you manually edit the number and take the “+” out, it

the call. The calling number is then 00402XXXXXX and obviously this doesn't
exist in AD or OUtlook so the reverse lookup doesn't match..</span><span
