company anymore. Can anybody explain why the below would be done? This is logic
handling sending a caller to voicemail. <br>

1 - set some session information (understand this!) <br>
2 - set a _contact = ********<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><b> (this is defined as a contact variable - value null - I
am not sure how this gets set to ******* - when i go into the expression editor
i cannot modify it) <br>
</b>3 - if (_contact != null) then <br>
true - <br>
set enterprise call info (_contact) <br>
false - do nothing <br>
4 - Call redirect(triggering contact--to VM Number) <br>

What is the purpose of doing step 2 and 3?? As step 4 does not use the _contact
variable? <o:p></o:p></p>
