version 3.1.3 and would like to know how to set up priority queueing. &nbsp;Also
if possible we will also like to know if there is a way of obtaining a
report that shows how many times a menu option has been piked. We are currently
doing the last by means of a separate route point but will prefer to do
so within the same application. We are using crystal reports.</font>
