find a fix to that.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This problem usually happens when SAWEB session expires.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Please perform the following steps:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Start>Administrative Tools>Internet Information
Services (IIS) Manager<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Once this MMC opens you will see your Unity server name<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Expand the + beside the Unity server name<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>You should see a yellow folder named "Web Sites"<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Right Click on that yellow folder named "Web
Sites" and select Properties<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This will open the Web Site Properties Box<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Locate the "Service" Tab at the top, select it<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>At the top of the service tab, there will be a box titled
Isolation Mode<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Look to see if the box is checked. If it is checked, please
continue to follow these steps<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Please UNCHECK the box beside the "Run WWW service in
IIS 5.0 isolation mode<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Once this is cleared, if it was checked, click
"Apply"<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>At this point you simply need to run the IISreset command
from the command line.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Finally reset IIS.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
