<div>I'm hoping someone out there has some experience with this platform...I have established a Gatekeeper-controlled H.323 trunk with the SE200, and can now make audio calls to my Polycom VSX endpoints. What I don't know how to do is to set up dialing in the other direction (VSX -> CCM endpoints).

<div>The system was configured with a single site. Do I need to add a site in order to make this happen? Where do I put dial-plan information (If 1000 is dialed, send to the H.323 trunk, etc...).</div>
