I didn't personally do it but from talking to the staff it looks
like it has been a mixture of installations. According to TAC all
I need to do for each client is run the Post Install.exe files found in
c:\program files\cisco\desktop\bin.</font><font size=3> <br>
</font><font size=2 face="sans-serif"><br>
Why this is not an executable file that can just be executed with a switch
and change the IP....such as postinstall.exe /10.10.10.1 or postinstall.exe
/NEW-IPCC-SERVER-NAME is beyond me........</font><font size=3> <br>

This depends on how the clients were installed. Did you point to
IPCC Express IP address or server name? If server name, you should
be in good shape except for recording registry entries will need to be
modified or the agent software reinstalled. If they are pointing
to the server IP Address, you will be forced to reinstall the agents. </font><font size=3>

We are looking to move our IPCC server and change the IP address. What
is the quickest way to make this change for all IPCC agents? Do we
need to do some type of SMS push or something?</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
