from talking to the staff it looks like it has been a mixture of installations.
According to TAC all I need to do for each client is run the Post
Install.exe files found in c:\program files\cisco\desktop\bin.</font>

can just be executed with a switch and change the IP....such as postinstall.exe
/10.10.10.1 or postinstall.exe /NEW-IPCC-SERVER-NAME is beyond me........</font>

clients were installed. Did you point to IPCC Express IP address
or server name? If server name, you should be in good shape except
for recording registry entries will need to be modified or the agent software
reinstalled. If they are pointing to the server IP Address, you will
be forced to reinstall the agents. </font>
