Actually to do database lookups you will need the Premium version of UCCX (IPCC). New orders for Communications Manager (CallManager) come with UCCX Enhanced now instead of the Standard version that used to be bundled.<br>

Hello,<br>CCM 4.1.3 comes with standard version of IPCC express, the functionality you require need an IPCC express enhanced version,you need to upgrade your license to IPCC enhance version.<br><br>For registration just register IPCC express serial number that will give you the key which you will require in installation.

And for example CallerID is 555xxxx and then from the database the guest who owns this number will be found and the data related to this guest will come to the screen
